Welcome!

The Dog House is a full boarding service for dogs and cats, as well as training for dogs. Our facilities are located on 6 acres country setting with 24 hour on-site care. All dogs stay in runs that are 8 feet long by 3 feet wide (most runs are larger). We take the dogs for walks on leash around the property and also let them stretch their legs and do their “business” in our outdoor play yard.

We always suggest that you bring the dog food that they are used to eating at home, but we always have a supply on hand. You may also bring some toys and a bed.

Vaccinations

Vaccination records must be provided prior to boarding. Please provide proof from your Vet showing expiration dates. Vaccinations include:

• Rabies
• DHLP
• Bordatella (kennel cough)
  • Intranasal every 6 months
  • Injectable every 12 months

We require the intranasal every 6 MONTHS regardless of the vet’s expiration. If the vaccinations do not specify if it was injectable or intranasal, then we automatically put an expiration of 6 months from the date it was administered.

Intranasal takes effect quicker than the injectable. The Injectable needs to be done a week prior to boarding. The Dog House can administer the intranasal Bordatella for $15.00.
